Isn't ignorance bliss, Hank. You make it an art form. Yes, good companies often decide to move in another direction. Selling the business beats the heck out of writing the business off which good companies sometimes have to do as well. I suspect that if they had $25M in cash in the first place they wouldn't have been willing to ditch the business.

What is more important is that Zicam is already profitable and sales are growing rapidly at the cash register. Now we see if they can get nic gum off the ground.
