>> I could very well be wrong, but with all the bad news from IBM MSFT etc etc. I kinda see the nas as it's bottoming for a while. To back up my statement I am heading out for a week or so , all the while keeping my positions all long with 5 different stocks. Here's hoping . Mj <<
Is this a new strategy? Or are you THAT confident? In either case, you certainly are braver than most people. The NAS is at what appears to me to be a critical stage, having continued to tighten its trading range in what could result in a break - either way.
But, I just wish you hadn't said, "Here's hoping"
Remember that now famous gem-x word (or infamous, if you prefer), "BELIEVE". By my rough estimation, his bucket of Must-Buy stocks on which he bought July calls, finished down a total of almost 32 points. Not attempting to equate your plan with his, or demean his Wave Three theory (don't really need to as that theory self-destructed), just bring it up because I think in uncertain, trendless markets, it's prudent to be on your toes (visual: LD in a powder-blue tutu) and "hoping" isn't exactly what I'd call the best money management strategy.
Sincerely wishing you the best of luck, FLACK |
