When I was learning P&F, I found it helpful to read the Dorsey and Bruke's books. Although the info is very similar, they explain things slightly different which I found helpful to sort things out. Also you can go to Dorsey's site and he has a free P&F class. I would take that course (and test) to see if you really like P&F.
