I tend to agree and think that could be why so much was raised... At $3 the mkt cap of SFAM is $93M. Would the big shareholders take $21? Hard to tell the small shareholder you don't want to give them 7x their money and that would still only use half the money raised. What price would they take? I wonder what the business is worth? How do you sell Copper systems without a CMP process? Maybe the best price is to buy assets and then you don't get the lousy SFAM management?

Are there any other glaring holes in their business? I don't follow NVLS that closely...

I think Zeev's ideas make a great deal of sense also. There IS a great deal of money in money funds looking for a home and the current rate is not exciting.

but you can still get 6.3% in GNMAs or 6.08% in the total bond index fund but perhaps people want a 30 yr rate locked up in a good company?
