there needs to be a capital gains tax cut and changes to the depreciation rates to spur investment. but, the Democrats won't let that happen. Good show last night. Kudlow always makes a lot of sense. I also liked the suggestion (that he's made repeatedly) to move the interest rate to 3% (or whatever) and make it known that's the bottom, and it will stay there for a while. Then, everyone stops bottom fishing on rates.
