This is so cool. This is what I arrived at independently. I look at life, at the causal chains I see, and think about the billions of causes and effects I can't see, and I feel that on some level none of us have any choice. But we don't know we don't- so we proceed as if we do (which of course is more of that causation baggage we carry with us).
