Well I do not see that extremely low bearishness except in the AAII... which may or may not be significant. Barron's shows higher figures for Investor's Intelligence - almost double AAII. There has not been this long a bear in a fairly long time so few out there know how VIX and other indicators act at the "bottom." You see, they ring a bell at the top (at least I heard one 2 years ago) and at the bottom, they sound a gong! I heard the gong on the 18th. No sh--! BOOOooooiiiinnnngggggg! Just like that... couldn't have been clearer! <take a big breath Bill, they won't believe you if you go totally over the edge here>
