Note about 3317 stocks. Punted 25 stocks from database for 'lack of representation'. Actually, they fell under 1.50. I've punted about 800 stocks, most of them Nasdaq, since last fall. The Nasdaq traded under 4000 stocks yesterday, a good 400 stocks less than at the April 4 low, which is supposed to be the low of all lows, and a good 1500 stocks less than near the end of 1999. The sheer number of stocks falling under 3 bucks will skew the HILO lists since there is only a finite number of new lows a stock can make short of hitting zero.
