Oh no!! Hang the guy!! We must......he's been drunk and smoked dope. Oh my gosh.......he must die and his brother must be guilty. I can't even think of words to describe how immaterial this is to levy. To use this as a weapon against Gary condit is soooooo redneck! Really, how many people on this thread can say they have never driven after having maybe 1 too many? I doubt many if we're being honest. I'm sure that nobody here ever inhaled too or had a brother that did......geez.......Get out of the pulpit folks.
