You do know that the African plate is moving towards the Europe. Before you know it Algeria will be in your backyard – just give it a few million years <g>.
Of course it is up to you to set up for yourselves a rational immigration policy. The question is what does one do about ugliness toward those that are different. And we do have plenty of that (ugliness, I mean) on this side of Atlantic Ocean as well.
