Secret cameras in public places can be justified for security reasons, but having cameras monitoring the private activities (don't go there) of hotel guests is covert surveillance and tantamount to unlawful wiretapping without 'probable cause'... I believe if this issue were brought to the US Supreme Count, it would be found unconstitutional.....
