Ralph: All of the stocks you mentioned are in my portfolio, but if I were to look at them now for the first time, I would wait on all of them. HNP - wait for a new high MLS - wait for a new high UTX - too extended HUBC - too extended, wait for more basing USTB - buy on breakout from handle CXY - buy on fresh breakout.
