You would be wrong.

The constitution prohibits government from taking certain actions. It doesn't control private interactions. It is impossible for a private citizen to violate the constitution -- there's nothing to violate.

For a private citizen or business to do something illegal, you need a violation of either a statute or common law. The constitution is neither.
