Jim, certainly no technical indicator is flawless, but using several indicators and making assumptions from overall conditions, such as the expected impact of lower interest rates, is likely to improve your investment results.

I thought Pring's conclusion to place more emphasis on ROC of interest rates rather than interest rate trend relative to equity price forecasting was very interesting and worth sharing.
