To Thread: This release shows how much in common the two companies have together in the future:It's all copper siliconinvestor.com This I believe is the motivator.Amat by creating modular processes could squeeze out their entries - even if they were the best: siliconinvestor.com This may well allow both companies to fight fire with fire. I am also of the opinion that at least Nvls greatest strength and future is IN THE COPPER INTERCONNECT. I think Amat has the lesser product and is trying to cut them off with a process enhancement vs having the better machine. Open for discussion from those closer to the industry or anyone else. Bob
