Since no reasonable person would consider massive censorship, or the banning of virtually all sects, a modest limitation of choices, your sarcasm falls flat.

On the other, have you had troops quartered on your property, lately? Have you been subject to torture and forced confession? Have you been subject to search and seizure without due process? Has someone jailed or fined you for any publication or speech? Have you been taxed without representation? I will retrieve the Declaration of Independence, if you need reminding of the complaints against the Crown......
