If I had to pick 4 gambling equipment stocks they would be MTSN, GGNS, GSNX, and SUBM (in that order). These are the only bargains I see in the equipment sector. MTSN is not much a of gamble and is sub 10 with 12-13 a possibility.

I cannot recall what I said previously but I am not enamored of NANO. I have had experiences within their equipment and personally beleive they are at best equal to their competition. I do not see any distinguishing value added functionality that separates it from the pack. As you use KLAC and Thermawave in the same sentence, let's not forget ORBOT and OPAL, both of which are under the AMAT banner these days. NANO is a metrology tool provider and I just do not see them as being a major player or contender in the marketplace. They may carve a slight nich out but I would feel more comfortable being elsewhere.
Bio-Rad, Questar, and a few others muddy the waters NANO swims in.

Sorry, but NANO is a pass for me. I could be wrong but I choose not to participate there.

Andrew

PS- the way DPMI and PLAB have been acting, I would also expect to see a good retracement on MASK. BRKS is also a pass for me. Just doesn't feel right.
