Of course, that market share belong to Intel by constitutional right...

Of course Intel has no "right" to that market share, but neither does AMD. They both must compete for it and Intel is in a far better position to compete than AMD.

When will Intel start to write-off there numerous old fab .25 plus?

Those fabs are still active. The only fab Intel has shut down in recent memory is Fab6 in Chandler Az, a tiny ancient fab.

PS: It take 2 opponents to make a war, not only one.

When AMD started the price war by undercutting Intel's prices, Intel had no choice but to fight back. What do you call a war when only one side (AMD)attacks? You guys wanted competition, so compete!
