I was going to ask if it would have been better to start out at zero cash with a #5 rated PIC stock but looking at the PIC/Newport charts at aim-users.com it's pretty apparent that you never know which way the stock is going to go. Some need the cash right away and others add to it right away.

Can you comment on whether the SAFEs are at 10% and the min buys were preset to 5% of the equity portion ala BTB ?

Also , you don't comment if these PIC stocks also match your other Value-Line screening criteria such as Beta, Debt level, growth/earnings rates ....
