Cramer was long INTC calls when the stock was halted for news about INTC losing the AMD 486 patent infringement case. This happened on the witch and the stock never reopened so the calls expired in the money.

Cramer contacted the CBOE and was able to refuse exercise of the ITM calls and INTC opened the following Monday down 20 or so.
