Leigh,

My two oldest children have been taking care of the neighbor's two cats for the last week. Emily thought that the neighbor was returning tomorrow. They had been feeding them at about 9 in the morning every day. This morning, Emily did not go over before church. When she got home, she made feeding the cat her first priority. When she got to the neighbors house, much to her surprise, Nina was already home. I was very pleased in the way Emily approached the situation with honesty, in admitting that she had not been there already this morning. Nina ask her if the cats had been fed yesterday. Emily said they had been. Nina thanked her for being honest, and for feeding the cats over the week. Emily and Michael earned a few dollars with this job. I too, was proud of Emily's honesty!! She had been very good about doing this "job."
