E2-Capital & SBI E2 enters agt to share office

(Infocast News) Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Limited (0648) (SIIS) announced that SBI E2-Capital Limited (SBI E2), a subsidiary of SIIS, and E2 - Capital (Holdings) Limited (0378) (E2 - Capital) entered into agreements pursuant to which E2-Capital provides back office support services to, and share certain office space in Henley Building with, the SBI E2 group.

E2 - Capital agreed to rent the office area of 8,224 sq ft to SBI E2 for monthly payments. The initial monthly payment due by SBI E2 to E2 - Capital is $231,600. The agreement takes retrospective effect from 1 July, 2001.

SBI E2 further agrees to reimburse E2-Capital for the service fees in connection with the back office support services provided by E2-Capital for the three-month period between 1 April, 2001 and 30 June, 2001. The service fees for the three-month period ended 30 June, 2001 is approximately $3.4 million. The monthly fees, management fee, utilities charges and rates for the three-month period ended 30 June, 2001 are to be calculated in the same manner as described above and is approximately $890,000.

SBI E2 is held by SIIS and E2 - Capital by 51% and 49% respectively.

Whatever this cohabiting agreement means???
Maybe we need to find out exactly WHO E2-Capital is and WHAT they do. This obviously did not do anything for SBISF share price. It closed on Friday at 6 cents.
