Tom... You state that I am short KNIC...you don't question it, you declare it. How can I find out when I shorted this stock?...I hope it was when it was 16. Stupid remark on your part but then you made several stupid remarks such as: "I have read this board for over a year and did not want to post, but today I could not resist!! " You must have "old timers" as you've posted before...read your posts 35,48,61,107, 123 and 87 which is especially revealing about your powers of clairvoyance. ( Summarized you told everyone that the price of KNIC would go to 12 after Feb 9... which of course never happened.. you predicted earnings of .24 ...actual earnings were a negative .23.) You also said KNIC was not a trading stock..Here's a little pattern you can follow, buy at 4 3/4 sell at 6..that's what the only people who make money on it are doing. At some point I am sure there will be a manipulation to the upside but I serioulsy doubt it will go to your price of $50.00. You're as good a hypester as Juan.
I cannot believe you called KNIC and SGA as your means of due diligence.. That's it??? You totally discount the SEC charges which plainly are about SGA receiving millions of shares of SEXI, in order to promote it ? You really should take the time to check out the SEC enforcement site for more information. Also, depositions in the case regarding Shannon Terry are ongoing.. as we speak. Tom.... I think you may have been lied to...by SGA and KNIC.
No I don;t think IBM and FORD etc pay SGA.. they don't need to, I think SGA uses those for cover, it's the bulletin board companies like KNIC that need the exposure.

My infornation can be checked out by going to the SEC site.. you can also read the SGA news on the SEXI thread, but you will have to go back in time.. or you can search the net, there were many newspaper articles regarding SGA's heavy involvement in the SEXI scam.. check it out. As far as not posting an E_Mail address so the law can't find me... let me break this to you gently... the law can find whoever they want without one and I don't live at my E- Mail address. There are many reasons not to publish it.. and I have one. I am curious as to your employer.. you state you are an investment manager with Gruntel.. Would you by any chance mean Gruntal & Co. the New York Brokerage ? If you've been there for long, it would seem to me you would know how to spell it...or are you making that up? Try checking crediblity by looking at honesty.. not profiles
