CSCO upgrade is a nice catalyst. Perhaps enough to shoot the compx above 2080 and create a new up move. The volatility lately is creating a base for something either up or down. To me the fact that the naz has broken its patern of up down up within the declining channel off the May highs to present is worthy of note. I was expecting this to fall back to at least 1850 or so by now. In short if the compx gets above 2100 I will be thinking bullish thoughts.
