That's funny about being an officer cuz he had a horse-- like the kid who gets to be captain because he brings the baseball. What's a buckskin Dollar? I've never understood the appeal to reenact this war (or any war) which was as horrible as they come. But it is a very, very big deal for these men. I've noticed that Ammo has a growing fascination with movies about war and I wonder why this is. It's a man thing, it seems. Like Dan reads books all the time about the WWs and the Civil War and the Vietnam War. I don't think most women have this at all- have, in fact, a strong aversion to war. I refuse to watch any war movies--they are very upsetting to me.
