Sounds EXACTLY like REFR (yesssiree...commercial applications are imminent)! I do have to admit that at least REFR's fraudulent claims don't slip into the realm of physical impossibility...that's why I'm thinking it will be EXTRA fun to spar with the blacklight power shills if/when this goes public.
