White House's Hubbard sees better US growth in Q4
WASHINGTON, July 23 (Reuters) - White House economic adviser Glenn Hubbard said on Monday he expects U.S. fourth-quarter economic growth to come in between a 2 and 2.5 percent rate due to fiscal and monetary stimulus.

``I expect we will have growth in the 3 percent range in 2002. We could well have a 2-to-2.5 percent range in the fourth quarter,'' Hubbard, chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, told reporters after a speech at a conference on tax reform.
