no luck so far........have tried to find the # for you........I did find this though while looking around........ had not seen it. I am disappointed at the extent of new options and dilution coming...........2 mill. shares ! I understand incentives and all............but THIS is the unwritten chapter of the NASDQ failure and the .com(s) in particular. The failure to have boards that are truly responsible to the shareholders. I DO NOT believe that these levels of remuneration for the few at the top are in anyway necessary ! This is downright indecent. Disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! windmast p.s.............in a bad year what will he make ? 5 or 6 mill $ risk free ?
