I have only been following BZH & LEN for a few months. Home building is cyclical is it not? Seems the fast money found these stocks over the last few months and when it rushes for the door they will fall. On one hand the best performance may already be priced into the stocks on the other hand all I hear is about housing demand being very strong and there is no let up in demand in sight. When CNBC started pumping energy hard in May the bottom fell out. What has CNBC been pumping lately? Housing developers..
