The positive spin will be faster inventory turn. We are already seeing that spin from the last Q conference call.

Didn't they use to brag about monies earned by having *slow* inventory turn?

I expect AMZN to close another distribution warehouse, via a "one-time charge". They will also go through a second round of firings. After this, "pro-fudged" profitability for FY'02 is assured.
