Thanks Jim,

That Economist piece is by far the best exposition of the economic frailty of the VOD market I've yet seen. Do we have any VOD bulls on the thread who'd care to challenge the assumptions and conclusions of the Economist crew? I know that they can sometimes get things wrong, and possibly this is one of them. Surely someone, somehow is going to figure out a way to bring these costs down to a competitive level, wouldn't ya think? I see it simply as a question of when. 2020, 2030, 2040..... <w>
