The CSCO upgrade by UBS Warburg probably means a full blown tech recovery is underway and perhaps has been shaping the past week or so, with the non-responsive market getting caught unaware to the point of a classical V-SHAPED RECOVERY upon the surprise swiftness of the recovery becoming widely known, as the RACE TO BUY BEGINS. Just like the last 6 economic downturns and recessions and subsequent V-SHAPED STEEP UPWARD RECOVERY. here are fewer warnings, i.e. more improved earnings meeting or beating the street. If CSCO is recovering, then just think out the lay of the internet and networks and the products and therefore the companies that will recover next, like storage, etc., etc., I am, Truly your$, -Crystal Ball
