To All Iomegans,
The CompUSA store in Southwest Dade County Florida today
(July 5) had about 100 Zip Drives in stock (about 90 of these
parallel port models). All except 5 were Iomega (the other
five were Epson). Salesman said they sell like hotcakes and
he was sure they would all be gone within 2 weeks. They also
had 15 Jaz drives come in July 3 (there were still 10 of these
in stock as 5 were sold July 4).

On the disk front, they still had plenty of Zip disks
(10 and 3-pack Iomega, 5 and 2-pack Fuji Atomm, single and
3-pack Maxell). Salesman also said they sell really well.
I asked why they had so many Zip Drives in stock and he said
it was because of the $50 rebate. Do not know how many Jaz disks
they had.
