We use a ton of sun screen and I like to wear a big brimmed hat. My family is quite dark complected...my daughter takes after my side of the family but my two sons take after their fathers side. Light skinned, light eyes, light hair. They turn into crispy critters if you don't watch them. My nephew popped something in my lower back the other day while we were in the pool. He came up from behind me, lifted me up a few inches they twisted me so I was facing the bottom of the pool. After I came up for air, that little shit did it again! Needless to say, my back is killing me. I went to the doctor and they want to do an MRI in 10 days if the pain and swelling haven't gotten any better. He was so sorry he said, didn't realize he could hurt me. PB
