Guys, talk about progress by 2002 or 2003 does not impress someone who has been in this stock for over 5 years now. During that time BHP has permitted, built, and even operated a diamond mine in a much more hostile environment for the past year or so - and KRT is still trying to take mini-bulk samples!

There are two problems here: management, and our partners. Management of KRT should not be learning the diamond ropes as they go - hire the necessary diamond development expertise and get on with the job! Some of the shareholders probably know as much about diamond development as the current BOD and management team....and we are fed up with the delays!

As far as partners go, can you say "foot-dragging"? It is not acceptable for Debeers/Monopros to slow down the exploration of this project to suit their own development time-table (ie. to restrict the flow of new diamonds into the market in order to maintain existing diamond prices). The needs of the other shareholders in this project should also take equal preference. Non-producing assets are just that, non-productive. It is time to speed up the exploration activities and get to a production decision ASAP!

Perhaps the solution to these problems would be for KRT to buy out the third partner (10%), thereby gaining a controlling interest (and the drivers seat) in this project. Debeers could still be operator, but somebody else would be giving the marching orders!

MHO, for what it is worth.

Grant
