Hi Stephen, been quiet around here. Interesting story, But why cant we start a class action suit as the injured parties that have to sit through the extra stress(TRAFFIC)ggggggg >>>Roads generally are owned by the county, and the useful life of streets can be diminished by as much as 50 percent when extra stress is exerted on them. I think silence is Golden. Seth
