The companies said AOL will buy the shares at the lower of that price or Amazon stock's average price on the trading days Tuesday through next Monday.

Since the stock is already trading below $15.28, it is in AOLs best interest for AMZNs price to go down further.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the deal is dilutive right? Effectively Amazon just added 6-8 million shares to the float, correct?
