Gee, NV, I don't know but I've been watching CNBC for the past few months and every day they trot out some different analyst making the case to buy stocks now before the big second half rebound. When they start to bring out more analysts who say not to buy then buy, then I will begin to buy. Or when they begin to cry "uncle" <g>.
