Hi Dale; Yes, they must recover the oil first(Only makes sense!!!)However I don't think Imperial would bother with BEA/STF; likely below their radar. Berkely is probably not up to any long range damage since being taken over. Also it seems to me that not too long ago both Berkely and Imperial gave up title to one of the leases and Bearcat applied to take it over as sole operator. Unfortunately not too sure which one.

Also not too long ago one of the decisions by the EUB was regarded as confirming Jack's interpretation of the Geology.

Also; and anyone closer to the situation please correct me, I believe that the Whiskey Creek well that Starteck drilled is a major producer in the same area and I think into the same formation.

The key is getting the oil out of the ground.

Bearcat has a Website advisory promising a N.R.; tomorrow morning, my guess it will only contain more grumbling about the EUB; I doubt that the EUB will have taken any action since shutting the test down.

The saga continues, perhaps in addition to TV and Movie rights we ought to consider foreign print rights as a further source of revenue.

Later

Keith
