Its one of the older Kleiner boys looking after his little brother. Its a family affair.
Betcha Doerr had nothing to do with the $100 million Investment.;)

You are correct about the family affair.

Why do you think I bought those convertible bonds at a 62 % discount anyway?

Do you believe Amazon will receive another $100 million after Q4 from AOL?

Btw
Aol's investment confirms Amzn is not a retailer in conventional terms. Name me one retailer AOL/Time Warner has ever owned?

I have already said this is not an investment. It is welfare. AOL did four times the revenue in on-line sales than Amazon did last quarter. That was done through the AOL's hosted sites which keeps AOL out of the fulfillment difficulty. This "investment" was not an "investment" at all. AOL/Time Warner never would own a retailer and this simply was welfare.
