Glenn, Amzn is receiving the $100 million spread out over time. DJ Amazon CFO -3: AOL To Make Multiple Payments In Alliance I can't confirm this. The SEC filing will soon be out and then we can. I have to be honest in stating I do not believe a lot of the Amazon press releases. One surely thought Amazon was receiving cash from the ACNs. It took filings to find out that was not the case. I do believe in this one AOL is paying one large sum.
