Premises for my thoughts. In current market SEBL is overvalued. (Less aggressive earnings growth and slowing economy). I don't think the Aug 35's will be called and if so I will sell the Sept 35 or 40 puts to hedge. I will keeping selling the month ahead puts to recapture the stock to become long/covered again. I may buy back calls to be uncovered if minimal premiums remains (is this an arbitrary number for everyone here?). If someone took over SEBL at 50, then I would be willing to be short that company as they are paying 60-100 times future earnings. When would you guys cover the Aug 35s that were sold for 3.9 recently?

Thanks for you thoughts/opinions.
