CSCO is turning the corner on earnings. The stock is now falling up. Money flow bottomed on June 1 and all vectors are in an advancing mode. CSCO can be bought in any account for a run to the upper 20s. The move will be grinding and slow. One shouldn't buy abrupt moves but buy on the ensuing public driven price weakness.
