Cacaito,
Thanks for your detailed response. What you post, I'm in total agreement. At these levels, sub $4.00, I'm adding to my position in thinking the $12-$15 level should be achieved with the next announcement of Phase testing..probably early 2002. Bottomline, probably the two biggest advantages they will have is the non-animal derivative and related cost savings in production.

Would be nice to see something develop in cystic fibrosis area, having seen in a former sister-in-law the evil aspect of this disease. But this appears to be way off in the future.

My average cost of DSCO is $3.80, so I think(hope) the downside is limited. As with you, I picked up some LGND last week at the $10.00 level..thinking FDA approval and next Q report could propel them to at least $15.00. I've also added ISIP and BTRN. With BTRN, if and when Bush gives the go ahead for stem cell research funding, BTRN should get some attention and maybe a nice pop in share prices. What are your thoughts on BTRN? I also, picked up a few shares of IMNX...

As for ALLP, thankfully, I sold many months ago. Just never got a good feeling for this company and everything I read about the issues they faced, as with Biotime, I sold out. Must agree with you that the current price is enticing..but will probably stay away and nibble a little more on a little tech play...ESEX.
