PICKING THE BONES:

In general, the top priority lenders will go for what gets them cashed out totally or with least loss, and the lenders of lesser priority will take their turns at the table (in order) and those of least priority may not even get a turn at the table.

I think it is a reasonable guess that in a liquidation scenario the common shareholders will largely have the
memory of it all.

Of course some entirely different scenario may unfold, but there don't seem to signs of any such thing yet.
