The simple answer is that my "strong belief "is that SEBL will trade in a + or - $5 range for awhile. I like working with SEBL because it usually has good premiums and relatively good behavior.

Ah, I misunderstood. Sounds good to me! Hey, why not write strangles instead of just calls? If you're comfortable increasing your holdings at the bottom of the range you've identified you'll be able to profit not only from the +5 part of the range but also the -5.
