No it's just that the "rest of the world" has decided to move from the debate about whether it's happening or being caused by humans right on to the conclusion. Where's the resounding proof? It's just not there. And more and more the (kept silent by the press) majority of scientist studying the hype are disproving the junk science happening with regard to the global warming scare tactics.
