Well, the spinco thing is not that big of a deal, but Rick leaving is. Management change is not something investors enjoy, unless the person is hurting the company. By the look of the vol today and some of the blocks........well, this could get ugly. It is amazing that it is taking this hit though. So......anyone know more about Dr. Paul??? I guess it is time to check him out. I don't have a good feel about him........but have nothing to base it on. He may be ok "you know"!! John
