CSCO the NASDAQ version of DOW TRANSPORTS, after all the techs have their own transport mechanism, and as you can see the Dow Jones Industrial Transport Index is about to break out to new highs, this is the OLD SIGNAL that the DOW will RECOVER, just the same, we have the UBS Warburg upgrade for CSCO yesterday, and CSCO with its routers and switches is the transport company for the internet and computer networks, with the FOOD CHAIN DOWNSTREAM EFFECT being the same, .......RECOVERY.
Incidentally, PALM up this morning on new deals with its chip makers TXN, INTC, MOT etc., afterall the brave new world of wireless that the CSCO's are building out for Third Generation Wireless 3G will push PALM OS technology to the forefront, the same as where MSFT and INTC were with the PC market over the last 20 years, that is the WINTEL CARTEL is being replaced by the PALM OS CONVERGENCE INTO WIRELESS HANDHELD DEVICES.
