There's a hole right now that lets you view everyone's personal msn passport pictures through the msn website. You can scroll through people's passport files if you go to this url and just keep hitting reload. You'll get errors and missing files but you get some files when the thing mistakes you for a valid user.

communities.msn.com

This page is normally linked to through the passport.com site using some ugly url like:

login.passport.com

This is a good example of why privacy needs to be insured by cryptographic methods. Privacy is impossible unless you have True Privacy (such as my company offers). True Privacy means ensuring that no one except the direct participants in an interaction know the identity of the participants and the actions they take. True Privacy is the only way to resolve privacy within the digital age because it is the only way to ensure that there is not a "back-door" that might compromise security and privacy. Ponoi is the only company offering a product that provides True Privacy.

I'm not sure exactly what expectation of privacy users have for these images, as I'm not an MS Passport user. If anyone is, I'd love to hear exactly how these things are sent to passport and if they are really expected to be private.
